Ryan Lopaschuk BA

Ryan a Product Development and Project Management Consultant has over 20 years of fixed & rotary wing experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry. His specialties include engineering product development, product integration, business operations development, strategic planning, performance management, & program cost reduction. He has worked as a consultant and contributed to programs with many of the industry’s top aircraft companies including: Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, Eurocopter , Sikorsky, Lockheed, Pratt & Whitney, and Fokker. Previous experience includes: Strategic planning and schedule recovery Value Engineering & design for six sigma Cost & weight reduction Product development trade studies Resolution of complex flight safety issues Business development and implementation Customer/Stakeholder engagement International collaboration Contracts negotiation Organization re-structuring Ryan has developed and managed teams of design, stress, and manufacturing professionals, both small and large, across multiple locations and countries in complex matrix organizations.  He has negotiated multimillion dollar technical contracts & organized numerous cost reduction and program recovery efforts. He has an advanced aeronautics engineering degree from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (Canada) along with extensive knowledge and experience with primary composite & metallic aircraft structure.
