Jon is an expert in running aerospace companies; he is acknowledged as an expert in general management, operations, lean transformations, supply chain rationalisation and leadership development. He has a successful track record in designing / setting-up aircraft facilities, optimising their operations and embedding sustainable cultural change. He has worked on many commercial and military aircraft programs as well as in other diversified industrial companies. Jon is a former CEO and Operations Director of Hurel Hispano (Aircelle UK) and a BAE Systems executive. He specialises in Operational Lean Transformations, Programme & Supply Chain Management, setting-up factories, dispute resolution, and leadership / executive coaching. Assignment examples include developing factories, final assembly lines and machining operations, aircraft programme management, international business development strategy, leadership coaching, resolution of multi-million-dollar supplier claims, supplier turnarounds, procured cost reduction, lean MRO implementation and transfer of manufacturing to low cost overseas plants.
