A former Vice President working with Rolls-Royce, his experience spanned their Civil, Defence and Business Aviation sectors, serving both fixed wing and rotary wing applications. Graham created of several class-leading Service Support Centres and is a sought out aftermarket expert within other industries including the construction and energy sectors. He has overseen operational budgets in excess of £2.5BN and has successfully defined, created and led cross-functional teams yielding over £250M p.a. cost reduction across an MRO network spanning 14 international locations. With an acute sense of problem solving, coupled with excellent relationship and stakeholder skills, Graham has been entrusted to resolve some of the most difficult and demanding operational problems facing airlines and aircraft manufacturers – such as successfully containing and managing the operational consequences relating to the high-profile A380 QF32 aero-engine failure in 2011. Graham is a Chartered Engineer with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Structural Integrity from the University of Sheffield, complimented by Management Certificates and Diplomas.
