He is particularly skilled in the application of Lean Principles, Supply Chain Management, TOC and Team Coaching. He has worked on many different assignments and being involved in: strategic supply chain planning; capacity, capabiity, operational audit and analysis of production organisations and supply chains; supplier integration programmes; customer service improvements; lead time; stock; flow time, cost and spend reduction; strategic alignment and IT implementation.
