
Ben Sargent BEng (Hons); FCMI; MRAeS; RAF
Ben has been at the fore of UK and international defence as both a practitioner and consultant for 25 years. As a RAF pilot and senior officer, he has experience managing major aircraft and system upgrade programmes, the procurement of some of the UK’s most successful military systems, and the redesign of the operating model for the UK’s new aircraft carriers. With proven success of running complex global air operations, engineering and supply chain organisations, Ben has a record for identifying and delivering improvement and efficiency while sustaining output. As a consultant and programme manager from PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC), Ben has led transformational projects in major public and private sector defence organisations and strategic infrastructure programmes. Bringing a deep understanding of defence, unmanned air systems, systems design and acceptance, major equipment procurement and the international AD industry, Ben’s focus is delivering highly valued outcomes.
