Amanda Duggan

Amanda specialises in coaching Senior Managers and Executives, helping them gain clarity in achieving their vision and business strategies. Amanda has extensive experience working in both the private and government sectors.  She has worked with blue chip companies to design and deliver innovative training and development solutions.  Her ability to build strong relationships and to gain an in-depth understanding of her clients’ businesses has enabled her to build enduring partnerships with her clients. Amanda has been involved in the Performance Improvement field for over 15 years.  Before joining Dale Carnegie in 1998, she worked with ideasUK, supporting clients with the introduction of employee involvement and recognition programmes.  She has worked with organisations in Europe, South Africa and the Middle East. Amanda has worked with companies in the manufacturing, finance, retail, sports, hospitality, leisure, shipping, media and facilities management industries as well as numerous government agencies.  She also has extensive experience working in the social housing sector.
