Chris is an expert in Strategic Sourcing, Project & Manufacturing Management, Turnaround Management and performance improvement in Aerospace and Defence organisations. He has managed a variety of manufacturing facilities in the UK, China and Indonesia. Chris’ strategic sourcing expertise has led him to restructure supply bases; reducing costs and improving performance. He has set up a number of global supply chains, supplying Aerospace components at substantially lower cost from Asia for aircraft flying and engine controls. Beyond manufacturing, Chris has also consulted in the energy sector, implementing management control systems into global energy providers to reduce and control their trading risk in the energy markets. In addition, Chris is a graduate of the Fellowship in Manufacturing Management Programme at Cranfield University and has had a case study of his innovative consultancy work published in the Harvard Business Review.
