Hawksland supports strategic growth for aerospace design engineering client

Hawksland Associates has succesfully supported its client grow its customer portfolio, turnover and profitability.

Hawksland’s client, a leading Aerospace and Defence Design Engineering Services company which also is the holder of an EASA 21J Design Airworthiness Certificate, supports the development of new aircraft with its global OEM and 1st-tier aerostructures customer base as well as supporting the Airworthiness status of a fleet of over 200 Regional Jet and Turboprop aircraft still in service.

Hawksland Associates has worked with its client on several engagements over the past 10 years on a variety of assignments which have included: developing strategic marketing and sales campaigns; growing its global customer portfolio; widening its customer demographic across adjacent markets; developing strategic alliances and joint ventures; compiling contractual claims; programme and project management of design engineering work packages; developing new products and service offerings.

Hawksland Associates has also supported its client develop low cost design engineering service offerings to its customers by developing relationships with design engineering service suppliers in India.
